We understand that parking in the local area is hard to do after a certain time in the evening. But one particular car is repeatedly parking in unsuitable spots. Over hanging the end of a road or the corners of them. Which makes it extremely hard for the local van drivers to get round the corner. Let a lone if a emergency vehicle needed to have access.
